With more than 10 years of experience in education, our founder has served in a variety of instructional and administrative leadership roles, working directly with students, teachers, families, and school communities to improve educational outcomes.

Our founder holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and advanced graduate training in educational leadership. This unique combination of educational and business expertise provides a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today's schools.

Throughout a career in campus leadership, our founder has successfully led initiatives focused on student achievement, academic improvement, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and school culture development. By implementing data-informed systems and fostering collaborative leadership practices, these efforts have resulted in measurable improvements in student performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
